SISE AND BILLION ARE PLEASED TO PRESENT THE NEW 4.0 CONNECTED PRODUCTION CELL DURING THE FIP SHOW IN LYON.

This project highlights the connectivity between the IMM and the peripherals developed by SISE. All these elements are interfaced with an MES and a process traceability software that performs real-time data acquisition, tracing and archiving. The data of each part produced or each cycle is visualized through a laser engraved QR-Code.

This cell also implements the new range of VERTIS vertical IMMs dedicated to the overmoulding of inserts. This machine comes automatically equipped with a tie-bar-less closing system ensuring highly enhanced ergonomics, a numeric rotary table, and the new DIXIT 4 control system
